What should I do before the cleaning crew arrives?
We ask that you pick up items such as toys and clothing from the ground before we arrive. It is also best to find a place for your pets to be comfortable while we clean (only if your pet is not used to being around strange people).
Do I need to be home for my cleaning service?
No. You can provide our insured professionals with a spare key, garage or door code so they can let themselves in and clean your home while you’re out.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes! Call us 24 hours before your scheduled service, and we’ll try our best to reschedule.
